+ How much does a design project cost?

Since we work with each client to tailor our services to their unique goals and needs, our pricing can vary widely from project to project. But, to give you a ballpark idea, typical projects usually range from $5k to $10k+.

+ How long does the design process take?

Depending on the scope of work, project timelines can vary. Typically, smaller projects take between 4 and 6 weeks, and larger projects can take 8 weeks or more.

+ Are all of your services virtual?

Yes and no. We work with most clients virtually – via live zoom calls, phone calls, emails, etc. – but we also offer in-person strategy sessions and strategic consulting depending on your needs and location.

+ Do you offer on-going support after a project is complete?

Yes, and we would love nothing more than to be considered your go-to design team as your brand evolves! We work with several of our clients well after a big launch on different design and/or marketing needs as they continue to expand their digital businesses. We also offer 20-minute "Back Pocket" website updates, on-going strategic consulting, and helpful courses.

+Why should I work with an agency instead of a freelance designer?

First and foremost, we have SO MUCH love for our freelance friends and feel so lucky to be able to partner with some of the best freelance designers around. But as an agency, our goal is to offer something more: a collaborative, full-service experience that can help our clients with all their digital needs from A to Z.

+What if I am already working with another creative, i.e., a brand designer, a copywriter, etc.?

If you are already working with another talented creative – awesome! To ensure a great fit between your designer and Outlaw, we’ll need to do some additional pre-project work to make sure we’re all on the same page in terms of strategy and design.
